This means that you accompany a child or a:n teenager:n in everyday life very close and reliable. You give structure, security and orientation, shape routines and help build stability and independence step by step. The young people are usually between 14 and 17 years old and have different experiences, burdens and support needs. As a pedagogical specialist in our stationary ISE measures, you take a responsible role in the everyday life of the young person.
