Your tasks:

• Development, planning and coordination of construction services in the framework of the necessary renovation and renovation work
• Creation of performance directories for the renovation and renovation work of real estate and coordination with other stakeholders
• Planning of the building management for the construction and technical maintenance and construction of the real estate
• Control of external specialist planners and service providers
• Monitoring of third parties in the implementation of construction measures
• Acquisition of contractor tasks in projects and cooperation with relevant stakeholders within and outside the company
• Responsibility and control of demanding maintenance and construction projects
• Support in the creation of framework contracts in cooperation with the awarding authority
• Responsibility of individual object and total object budget cost control and maintenance

Your qualifications:

Your profile

• You have completed architectural/construction engineering studies or comparable training and several years of professional experience
• You have sound and up-to-date knowledge of technical and infrastructural building management
• You are safe in the handling and application of HOAI (especially in the LP 6-8 HOAI), VOB, Workplace Directive and DIN regulations
• You have comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of the generally recognized state of (construction) technology
• You have a strength to recognize structural and structural advantages and disadvantages during planning
• You communicate safely with the persons, authorities, decision-making and participation bodies involved in the construction and implementation process
• You see yourself as a motor and opinion engineer in the communication process and like to develop innovative ideas
• Your commitment to the project is just as good as your resilience, conflictability and flexibility
• You are safe in handling AutoCAD and MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
