In your role as ''HR Referent Education and Training (m/w/d)'' you design the strategic new and further development of concepts and instruments of initial training and trainee programs. They develop innovative approaches to ensuring professionally sound training for our trainees, dual students and trainees in our Germany-wide over 160 BAUHAUS Fachcentren as well as the BAUHAUS Service Center Germany in Mannheim and take appropriate measures from the current trends. They take over the design and planning of events for our target groups. They develop effective measures to ensure the quality and success of training and trainee programmes. They work confidently with internal HR interfaces as well as external partners such as the IHK or Dual Universities.

Completed studies in economics, economics, human resources management, economic education, economic psychology or a comparable discipline Multiannual relevant professional experience, ideally in trade, with detectable successes in the development and implementation of training and trainee programs Impressed enthusiasm for vocational training and career development, with the ability to design innovative concepts independently and continuously optimize them Self-employed, structured and self-responsibility, combined with a high level of earnings and success Safe, service-oriented appearance in dealing with internal and external stakeholders, coupled with excellent communication skills and a pronounced team spirit
