As part of our team, you accompany the recruiting, our events and are in the middle of the team.

What you do with us: You'll get involved: You can support the Young Talent Acquisition & Development team in the current daily business and participate in the implementation of the recruitment process for trainees and dual students. Your support is in demand: In applicant management using the application of SAP SuccessFactors and in the creation of contractual documents for trainees and dual students. You are in the middle of it: When performing video interviews, participating in interviews, as well as accompanying and organizing (virtual) assessment centers, including the welcome and support of the applicants. You are a competent contact person: By attending trainees and pupils in your own area. You take responsibility: You participate in (virtual) career events and accompany our employer marketing measures. You represent our training concept internally and externally. You will get an insight into various strategic areas of responsibility of the HR competence center (e.g. People and Organization Development as well as development processes).

What convinces us: First of all, your personality: A high level of motivation and willingness to use, independent and structured work, team skills and a strong communication skills are part of your profile as well as conscience. You are in a Gap Year between Bachelor and Master, you want to try out in the HR environment after your Master or you are optionally enrolled in a course of study from the field of pedagogy, psychology or economics with the emphasis on human resources/management. You have good PC user knowledge in common MS Office products. First practical experiences from the staff area complete your profile.
