Strategic leadership: You are in the Legal & Compliance leadership team responsible for the development and implementation of the legal strategy, which is in line with the senior business objectives of the Fressnapf | Maxi Zoo | Arcaplanet Group. Legal advice: You advise the management and the board of directors as well as the top management in corporate, compliance and governance matters. The focus is in particular on company law (SE and GmbH law), conversion law, capital market law, insurance law, rental law and other financial and civil matters. Transaction Management: You are responsible for the supervision of the Group's acquisition, participation, expansion and divestment projects. This includes, in particular, the structuring and implementation of Share Deals, Asset Deals and Joint Ventures, the control of multidisciplinary due diligence checks, the negotiation of complex transaction documentation and the implementation of foreign and equity measures (business bonds) and the legal support of the integration of acquired companies, locations and business areas into the existing corporate structure. Contract Management and Contract Compliance: You supervise the entire contract cycle, from preparation to auditing and negotiation to transfer to Contract Lifecycle Management of the contracts covered by your responsibility. In addition, you develop and optimise measures to comply with relevant national and international laws, regulations and directives, including legal and AI solutions. Team management: You guide, coach and support a team of legal professionals to maximize their expertise and effectiveness. You attach particular importance to the independent and independent working of the team members. As a legal manager, you take coordination functions and make sure that the focus is always focused on the essential and in particular on internal customers. External Management: You bring your expertise in the international environment and take over the control and maintenance of cooperation with external law firms.

You are a full lawyer:in with excellently completed two State Examina. You have at least 7 to 8 years of professional experience, ideally in an international group or in the law firm environment. You have already worked in a comparable position, or you are striving to take the next step in your career into a more qualified role. Your knowledge as an all-rounder in corporate law and corporate housekeeping is well-founded. You will find pragmatic and solution-oriented ways to successfully cope with complex conflicts. You can motivate and empower a team to provide top legal services for the benefit of the Fressnapf | Maxi Zoo | Arcaplanet Group. As a Sparring partner, you are on hand with expert advice and action on selected topics. With your very good English skills, you can also convince in international exchange. Other foreign language skills are welcome. Communication strength, enforcement and coordination skills in the intercultural environment complete your profile.
