Construction manager / construction accountant in civil engineering and pipeline construction (m/f/d)

You take on your own responsibility the construction management and billing of our projects in the field of gas, electricity and water, especially in the case of domestic connections You plan and coordinate the use of our specialists and ensure that devices and materials are in the right place at the right time You ensure a smooth and timely construction site run and keeps in mind all important interfaces You will check the scales and start the corresponding billing documents You have the cost and cost-effectiveness of your construction sites and recognize early when there is a need for action In short, you make sure that our construction sites are successfully implemented technically, organizationally and economically

Ideally, you have experience in managing projects for regional utilities Management responsibility and independent, systematic functioning are your core competencies A completed professional and technical vocational training Continuing training on polishing or working policy Professional experience >3 years and first experience as a construction coordinator Self-employed and independent working methods, clear communication Driving licence class B or higher required Your language skills are at least at level C1
