Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Arnstadt Use Case Identification: You recognize optimisation potentials in everyday operational life (e.g. in procurement, order processing or team coordination) and introduce your own ideas. Process analysis & conception: You analyze existing processes (e.g. in workshops) and conduct specific automation approaches. Solution development: You independently develop smart workflows, apps and automations based on low-code platforms (e.g. Microsoft Power Platform) and connect relevant data sources. Testing & Rollout: You carry out user acceptance tests and accompany the change management and training of colleagues in the field. Operation & Optimization: You monitor the performance of your developed tools and develop them iteratively. As part of our decentralized scaling model, you are working closely with IT, Data & Governance. Support Commercial Department: You support central business processes such as mtl. reporting, analysis & ad hoc evaluations

Technical background: Successfully completed commercial or technical training or a study in the field of business management, business informatics or a comparable qualification. Business expertise: You bring understanding of administrative processes. Tech-Affinity: You have a strong passion for digitalization and IT topics. Ideally, you have already gained first experiences with No/Low code tools (e.g. Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint). Analytical spirit: You think in processes, quickly recognize inefficiencies and enjoy developing pragmatic solutions. Communication & Change talent: You can easily explain complex facts, colleagues like to take part in changes and convince them as a team player.
