You support economic efficiency through active occupancy management and network design to relevant stakeholders. You advise and accompany residents and their relatives Supervisors, e.g. in social matters. You are also responsible for managing and monitoring social care. This includes the technical advice and guidance of the general and voluntary employees as well as the additional staff. Through a cooperative interdisciplinary cooperation, you contribute to a good and motivating working atmosphere.
