Real Estate Accountant - Condominium Management / Rental Management (m/f/d)

Vivira AG is an independent, owner-operated house management company based in Essen. We see ourselves as an active market participant that brings together supra-regional house administrations into a powerful group.

You take over the independent accounting management of a fixed portfolio of rental and WEG objects, including monitoring the entire payment transactions. You will start the annual house, WEG and operating and heating cost accounting and will be the first point of contact for accounting queries. With the help of MS Excel, you create meaningful object reporting and cost-effectiveness analyses as a basis for decision-making for the home administration. You work closely with the Hausverwaltung team to ensure smooth processes and to continuously optimize data quality in our Impower system. You support the preparation of the monthly and annual accounts and participate in the further development of our accounting processes.

You have a completed commercial training, for example as an accountant:in, real estate businessman/wife or tax specialist:r. You are compelling to bring professional experience in the accounting of real estate management. You have a well-founded knowledge in the production of house, WEG, operating and heating bills. You are safe in handling MS Office (especially Excel) and speak fluent German. Experience with the software Impower is a plus, but no need. As a team player you convince with a structured, careful way of working and a high sense of responsibility.
