Deputy Head of Quality Assurance (m/f/d)

You take responsibility – you support and represent the head of the Quality Assurance department at the Jever site. You can help to ensure the quality of the products produced and filled at the site, as well as quality management, food safety incl. HACCP and hygiene management. In addition, you support the testing and compliance of the technological and technical objectives. You ensure smooth processes – You perform a variety of tasks in the field of chemical-technical and microbiological analysis, take samples and carry out all analyses from the incoming goods to the finished product. You look very closely – You evaluate the analyses carried out, interpret and communicate results and maintain the laboratory database. In addition, you take over the test equipment control and maintenance. You work with – You take project-related activities and contribute to continuous improvement.

Your education – You have a successfully completed degree as a Diploma Engineer/Master of Engineering in the field of beverage technology, brewing, food technology or food chemistry. Your experience – including professional experience (at least 2 years) in the field of quality assurance, operational control and laboratory. Their personality – You are characterized by a pronounced leadership, enforcement, and communication strength and bring a high quality awareness. You bring the willingness to support project-related work and to take over special tasks (e.g. in the field of microbiology, commissioning). Your know-how – you bring well-founded IT skills in the field of SAP, MS Office and in laboratory data systems (e.g. LabBase).
