Service & Support Professional (m/w/d)

Your task is to support projects to implement new laboratory software and order entry systems in hospitals and specialist laboratories both remotely and locally with the customer.

In this context, you will adapt the configuration of laboratory software systems and laboratory equipment and ensure that software updates are installed.

You will actively contribute to the creation and processing of master data in medical laboratories and hospitals.

In addition, you will cooperate closely with the product management and development department to clarify customer requests and to continuously develop the software.

Another part of your role is the provision of telephone customer support in the area of software, where you can help customers with their concerns.

Completed training as MPA, MTA, MTLA or MFA or relevant professional experience in a similar position

High IT affinity with first practical experience, ideally in the field of laboratory IT systems

Embossed analytical and communicative skills, coupled with a strong customer orientation and the ability to understand complex relationships

Teamability and Responsibility, as well as the willingness to travel

Very good knowledge of German in word and writing, as well as flexibility and motivation to accept readiness and also work outside the standard office hours
