You support professionally in creating offers, reports, protocols and presentation documents You prepare confidential documents such as partner agreements, freelancer agreements and NDA’s and check them You take general assistance tasks and coordinate appointments You communicate with internal and external opponents as part of the tasks presented You perform tasks within the Administration Team

You have a commercial training, a BWL degree or a comparable qualification You bring multi-year professional experience in a comparable position with You are very safe in handling MS-Office You have fun in solution-oriented work and a very good communication skills in word and writing as well as good English skills You are self-certified, friendly, open and interested in all contact persons You have a strong organizational talent with good structural skills and team spirit
