Number: MER00044YJ With its IT systems, our ITO/CA (IT Operations Cars Assembly) department enables the production of vehicles along the complete value chain. Whether in the planning of a vehicle, or in the direct processes in the plants Presswerk, Rohbau, Lackierung und Montage up to the delivery - our IT systems are used around the clock, worldwide at all vehicle production sites. One of our challenges in the coming years is now the scaling of our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) - we are driving the global rollout. And there we come into play as a change team: Our goal is to implement the transformation of the MES by the targeted use of AI more quickly, more efficiently and in higher quality – and to set up the system for a growing global customer base in a sustainable manner. AI actively supports everyday life: from improving user experience and system performance, intelligently controlled incident processes to continuous optimization through learning, agent-based solutions. Thus, we are driving ahead of standardization, scaling and increasing AI-based automation – with the aim of making transformation measurably better. What awaits you Working in the Change Team with focus on AI enablement in MES and cloud transformation Development and development of AI workflows and multi-agent systems in the IT environment Supporting our IT product teams when using GenAI, copilot, n8n, LLMs and agent based solutions Identification and implementation of Use Cases to increase efficiency by AI along the entire value chain Active role as AI Pioneer & Enabler in the organization Specifically: Conception and implementation of AI-based E2E workflows Development of solutions that: identify risks at an early stage and address them proactively Automatically classify, route and – if possible – directly solve requests Provide context-based support (e.g. logs, patterns, next meaningful steps) Provide on-demand business knowledge Learn from Incidents to systematically avoid repetitions

Development of prototypes and integrations (e.g. with Python, APIs, Copilots) Integration of AI into existing toolchains (e.g. GitHub, GitHub Copilot, Jira, Confluence) Building best practices for sustainable AI use (e.g. prompt engineering, token efficiency, evaluation) Implementation of workshops and enablement formats for IT teams Creation of Guides, Playbooks and Confluence Content to Scale AI in the Company Close cooperation in a small, powerful team with a lot of design space Working model Mobile work is possible in principle, workshops, moderations and voting days take place on site, mainly in Stuttgart. The mixture of remote work and presence is an integral part of our future work model. The activity can start from October 2026.

Current studies in IT, computer science, data science, AI or comparable First experience in handling AI/GenAI/LLMs and modern AI tools Interest or practical experience in: Agent-based systems / Multi-Agent Workflows Automation & Process Optimization with AI Prompt Engineering & AI Interaction Design Hands-on Mentality: You build things yourself and think in solutions
