Our client is an internationally successful social service company with locations in various European countries. In the course of further expansion, IT support is strengthened at the office in Essen. Together with competent colleagues in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, we are talking about cross-site IT support, combined with exciting (migration) projects and a varied range of tasks.

Processing 1st & 2nd Level Support Requests for Hard & Software Support of internal service hotline and ticket systems (remote/on-site) Participation in exciting infrastructure projects and emerging migrations into new system landscapes Cooperation with internal interfaces and external partners and service providers Documentation, analysis and solution of disturbances in close coordination with the collegial IT team

Multiannual experience in IT support, Helpdesk or Service Desk Knowledge of Windows environments, MS Office, Exchange, Active Directory, Azure and Microsoft 365 Safe German in Word and Writing as well as English Joy of team work Ready to use occasional daily operations at other locations within Germany (guide certificate)
