You are the central contact person for our employees in all IT issues related to hardware, software, network and telecommunications. You analyze disturbances through targeted, structured questions and identify the causes efficiently. You accompany users with clear, understandable step-by-step instructions on problem solution. You perform remote error analysis and corrections using appropriate diagnostic tools. You systematically check different solutions until a sustainable solution is found. You document technical disorders as well as their solutions carefully in our ticket system. You create practical short instructions and help documentation for our users. You support other tasks in the User Help Desk, such as inventory, asset management and data management. .
