In your role as a controller, you support us in building a production controller for our production site in Eislingen. Here you can get an overview of material and personnel usage, throughput times of orders, number of orders that are in default, optimal batch sizes and order quantities, as well as quality and committee data, evaluate this information and derive key figures and measures to improve efficiency and efficiency. With your passion for numbers and your need for optimization, you’ll create complex deviation analyses in Excel and stay persistently “on the ball” even if you have to “inject” the information in different places. Your tasks and responsibilities include: • Support for the construction of production control • Creation of monthly production reports • Organisation and development of annual budget planning and regular forecasts for production development • Monitoring of ongoing productions including compiling deviation analyses • Implementation of pre- and post-calculations • Contact persons for governmental institutions and our parent company and the processing of their requests • Active participation in the monthly and annual accounts, implementation of ad hoc evaluations and creation of key figures • Accompanying the annual inventory • Optimization of current instruments and processes
