You participate in the creation and preparation of management and investor presentations in the field of Clinic Development & Transformation and support the preparation of strategic topics concerning the growth, integration and transformation of our practices. You support organizational and administrative tasks as part of our digitalization projects in doctor’s practices and actively contribute to the further development of our processes. You support our team in coordinating and implementing post-Merger integrations after the takeover of medical practices and medical care centers (MVZ). In the Project Management Office (PMO), you take selected work packages and support the planning, structuring and tracking of ongoing projects.

You are an immatricated student (m/w/d) in a relevant study course such as economics, health economics, medicine or a comparable subject. You are interested in project management, change processes, post-Merger integration and digitalization in healthcare. First practical experiences (e.g. through internships) are advantageous. You work in a structured, reliable and independent way and enjoy working on topics analytically and solution-oriented. You have very good MS Office skills, especially in PowerPoint and Excel.
