Integration from day one: Responsibility for the entire PMI process for successful company integration into the Duvenbeck Group from the acquisition Operational actions: building, coordinating and managing all relevant workstreams (e.g. IT, HR and finance), including objectives, time and cost planning, and progress control Cultural integration: shaping the cultural integration process in all areas of our existing corporate structure through targeted communication measures Strategic work: participation in structured, long-term integration planning, development of new potentials and identification and implementation of synergies Flexible reaction: Adapting project planning to complete integration as needed Close cooperation: Regular exchange with central areas of the Duvenbeck Group across the entire PMI process

Basics: Complete study in the field of project management, business or computer science Experience: Professional Experience as an Accountant / Business Consultant / Project Manager for Integration Projects (m/w/d) Communication: Very good knowledge of English in word and writing and excellent communication skills Readiness to travel: joy in project-dependent travel Skills: sense of responsibility, initiative and entrepreneurial thinking Location: Dusseldorf or surroundings, as here function area
