You accompany a 56-year-old woman with intensive care on a new stage of life – from the WG back to her own home.

• You work in the 1:1 setting – no multitasking, no care flow band.
• In planned 12-hour shifts (24h supply)– adapted to your life.
• Together you redesign everyday life – with closeness, trust and competence.

And don't worry: You'll be involved, accompanied and never alone.

What is it about?

• You dedicate all your nursing knowledge and care to a client (m/w/d) and thus contribute to a decent life.
• You carry out professional basic and treatment care and check the medical devices.
• The implementation of prophylaxis as well as pain and nutrition management are your daily work.
• Your counterpart quickly feels that he is in loving, professional hands with you.
• You always know about the health status of your client (m/w/d), because you keep your observations in writing.
• You can recognize emergency situations as well as adequate

And who are you?

• Senior Caregiver (m/w/d), Senior Caregiver (m/w/d), Senior Caregiver (m/w/d), Senior Caregiver (m/w/d) or Nurse (m/w/d)
• You are sensitive and communication-strong
• A lot of heart and passion for nursing
