Working Student / Intern Real Estate, Marketing & Acquisition (m/f/d)

You support us in the back office, in the real estate market and in the acquisition of new real estate orders as well as partner companies. You will get insight into the entire switching process, from the first object request to the handover. You'll get a full look at all the processes of a B2B real estate broker. Your duties include: • Creation and preparation of exhibits, object documents and marketing materials • Procurement, testing and structured placement of relevant object documents • Support for market value analysis, location research and competition comparisons • Maintenance of property, owner, prospective and partner data • Support for marketing measures • Research and addressing potential partner companies • Participation in e-mail outreach, news campaigns and perspective telephone acquisition • Support in the management of interests and in the preparation of visits If you are interested, you can also accompany subject appointments, visits, photo and drone recordings, customer appointments, notary appointments and handovers.

This is ideally brought with you: • Registered:r Student:in or interested in an annual internship, at best related to real estate, business, marketing, design, administration or a comparable area • Interest in real estate, sales, marketing and entrepreneurial work • Structured, reliable and careful operation, especially for documents, data and object information • Safe handling of digital tools and MS Office • Good sense of language, presentation and attractive marketing documents • Openness for acquisition, e-mail outreach and perspectively also telephone contact • Own initiative, willingness to learn and enjoy responsibility in a growing company • Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
