• competent advice and friendly response of customers
• Sale of newspapers, magazines and other products from the lottery shop
• presentation of the goods and implementation of sales promotion measures
• Control of stock of goods and correct price marking of goods
• Care and cleanliness of departments
• correct handling of individual cashier operations and settlement of the scanner bank
