You take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of the electrotechnical maintenance team and promote the targeted further development of your employees. Together with your team, you will ensure efficient personnel, shift and holiday planning and ensure a stable plant operation. The monitoring, control and further development of relevant KPIs in your area of responsibility is one of your daily tasks. You implement, accompany and supervise technical projects from planning to successful implementation. Cost- and energy-saving potentials analyze systematically and implement sustainable improvement measures. In investment projects and the integration of new plants, you actively contribute your expertise. External service providers coordinate and monitor reliably and quality-oriented. You shall ensure that all applicable laws, internal directives and substantiated provisions are complied with.
