Specialist Textile Development Processes (m/f/d)

You analyse and classify write-offs, derive clear work packages from them and create and maintain obligations and specifications You prepare timer lists, evaluate them and create key figures and reports from which you derive optimization potentials You continuously track project processes and team status, maintain schedules, milestones and status reports and dashboards You organize and record meetings and ensure the consistent follow-up of the Action Items You identify risks, deviations and optimization potentials and address them in a structured manner to project management. You build the material library for the development area and continuously manage it You coordinate the onboarding of new employees, prepare accesses and documents and manage office materials as well as office documents

You have a completed industrial training (textile / clothing technology, cutting technology, product development) You have professional experience in the textile and clothing industry environment You possess sound material knowledge (substances, trims, processing, quality and testing requirements) You have very good MS Office skills, especially Excel (Formulae, Pivot, Data Validation) You have experience in the analysis of write-offs and in the preparation of responsibilities and specifications.
