Business Engineer*in (w/m/d) for Technical Building Management (Diplom/Bachelor) (debate group 12 TV-L)

to occupy. This is an unlimited activity of 100 % of the regular working time. In this position you are the link between internal workshop work and external service providers. Their areas of responsibility include: management and coordination: specialist management of the workshops (Sanitary, Schlosserei, Painting/Lackiererei) and representation of the heating and ventilation workshop (HVAC) Plant Responsibility: Ensuring the function and safety of water/waste water, compressed air, gas and fire protection doors/ windows Project management: Participation in construction, rebuilding (including laboratories) and modernization Purchasing & Foreign Services: Ordering, price negotiation and quality monitoring of external specialist companies Interface management: technical coordination with electrical engineering, IT and other structures in maintenance

Do you bring a technical understanding of large buildings and leadership skills? Then you're right with us. Education: completed technical studies (focus on supply technology/building technology) or equivalent university education Experience: professional experience in the management of complex technical facilities and ideally leadership experience or motivation for managing team members Knowledge: well-founded knowledge of heating, ventilation, sanitary facilities and locksmiths as well as experience in project management Tools: secure application of MS Office, ideally experience with CAFM systems Personality: You work structured, are strong in communication with service providers and colleagues and always act in a safety-conscious manner (work protection/DGUV)
