You guide, inspire and develop the team ''Financial Accounting & Control''. You will meet 25 great employees who are led by two team leaders with a direct line of reports. You are responsible for accounting, treasury, tax and data finance You monitor and tax all financial activities of the company, including accounting, financial reporting and budgeting With your team you are the first contact person*in for all accounting, tax and accounting questions of all stakeholders for 70 individual companies You are responsible for creating and coordinating the monthly and annual accounts of the LichtBlick Group according to HGB and IFRS and ensure that we are 100% tax-compliant You are a savings partner for CFO and management – and supports M&A transactions in financial and tax due diligence processes You are responsible for the accounting accompaniment and the savings ring when introducing new products and projects You continuously optimize accounting processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy and drive the digitization of these processes

You have a very well completed business studies (M.SC, Diplom-Kaufmann/-frau) with a focus on accounting/tax/audition/ finance You convince us with relevant leadership experience and understand how to motivate and support your team in order to achieve goals with your own discretion You look back on a multiannual professional experience, ideally in the energy sector or in trade, industry or a big 4 auditing company (at least at managerial level) You have a very well completed business studies (M.SC, Diplom-Kaufmann/-frau) with a focus on accounting/tax/audition/ finance You can rely on well-founded HGB, IFRS and tax knowledge as well as experience in M&A and PMI projects You know how to redirect and digitize processes and set up systems You will be safe in an international and dynamic environment You work very analytically, structured and result-oriented and are responsible, reliable and integer You want to positively accompany and actively shape changes Very good English in word and writing?
