You are Finance Business Partner (m/w/d) for the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, the country companies / regions as well as the internal departments and coordinate the controlling activities to control the sales You support and are responsible for the forecast / budget / business plan processes for the sales & marketing sector (including all sales companies and product groups) You are tracking and responsible for margin and cost development by preparing regular source analysis and showing counter-control measures You support and take responsibility in exciting group projects as well as special topics, thus building a broad know-how and network beyond the financial sector You have a leading role in creating business cases, e.g. for potentially new business models or the introduction of further product or product Services Also with ad-hoc tasks, you keep an overview and bring your structured operation to a specific level Continuous optimization / further development of specific methods and tools completes your range of tasks

Qualification: Through your successfully completed business studies with a focus on finance and controlling or a comparable qualification, you have a solid foundation Know-how: You are relying on a multiannual well-founded professional experience in controlling Tools: Your very good MS Office knowledge and your safe handling of BI and management information systems help you in day-to-day business Personality: Your strong analytical thinking, team spirit and a careful, structured and self-responsive way of working as well as very good communication and presentation skills complete your profile Language skills: You communicate safely at all levels of management in both German and English
