You keep your employees professionally and disciplinary and develop the organizational structure continuously. You are responsible for the construction of mechanical assemblies, modules and equipment for our measuring systems in the fields of X-ray fluorescence analysis and tactile measurement technology. Together with your employees and adjacent departments, you will ensure the further development of existing products as well as the definition of new technical solutions and, in addition to high product quality, ensure a production-oriented technical design for the series production of our modules and equipment. You coordinate development and customer projects, plan resources and create project applications including calculations. Ensure compliance with relevant standards, requirements (e.g. EN 55011, 61000, 61010) and quality standards and support the successful implementation of development and automation projects. You continuously develop the design and development processes in your application area, ensure a structured technical documentation and promote efficient cooperation with adjacent departments. You actively drive technological innovations, work with external partners and accompany your team in the development of prototypes and the successful introduction of new products into series production.

Expertise and passion: You have completed technical university studies, for example in physics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable field. In addition, you will have several years of experience in mechanical development as well as a well-founded knowledge in the design and realization of components and modules, in particular using cutting-edge manufacturing methods. You have knowledge of various materials processing technologies and the design of technical systems, for example in the field of automation. Ideally, you are familiar with CAD systems, preferably SolidWorks, and various tools and methods from the development environment. Listening and understanding: You identify technological requirements quickly and understand how to implement them in a targeted manner together with internal departments and external partners and subcontractors. In this context, you will bring your experience to the coordination of technical tasks and promote a solution-oriented and inter-sectoral cooperation. Good knowledge of German and English helps you to communicate safely in an international environment.
