As part of an international group, the branch implements demanding EPC and EPCM projects with high standards of quality, safety, cost and time management. We are looking for you for our establishment and our projects, including the Lionheart project in the Upper Rhine Valley, the largest project in Europe for lithium production. Your duties Quality management: You are part of the projet team and coordinate and implement the quality plan as well as inspection and test plans according to the project requirements Communication and Management: You control and communicate the implementation of the quality requirements by post-contractors and provide guidelines for implementation Monitoring and inspection: You carry out regular inspections and audits of suppliers and contractors to ensure compliance with quality standards Stakeholder coordination: You are in close coordination with the building management, the contractors and customers in all quality-related issues and are responsible for ensuring compliance with the project quality plan Documentation: You review and approve the quality documents submitted by after-contractors and ensure their completeness and compliance with quality requirements Your profile Relevant qualification: You have a successfully completed study in the field of civil engineering or have a comparable qualification as well as a well-founded experience in the quality management of infrastructure and/or industrial engineering projects Digital Skills: You have a good technical understanding and are safe and routined with MS Office products Language skills: You can safely control the German and English language for professional communication Personal skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, as well as an independent, solution-oriented and proactive way of working as well as a high level of readiness to use.
