Your job

Operational management: organisation and control of maintenance, surgical, intensive and special cleaning to ensure complete hygienic cleansing in all hospital areas Team management & planning: leadership, motivation and professional development of cleaning teams, creation of needs-based services and holiday plans as well as active cooperation in personnel production and the structured incorporation of new employees Quality & Guidelines: Conducting regular quality controls including documentation, audit and certification support, and compliance with all statutory, operational, hygiene and safety requirements Efficiency & Processes: Compliance with budget requirements through the economic use of personnel, machines and materials as well as the continuous optimization of processes and workflows Communication & Interface: Contact person for the clinic management, the various care areas as well as the clients on site, including the management of materials management and ordering Key figures: Responsibility for the success of the object by means of measurable key figures – these include the fulfillment of quality controls, audit and hygiene results, customer satisfaction and complaint rate as well as the control of medical status, fluctuation, personnel costs and material consumption within the budget

Your profile

Qualification: Complete training in the building cleaner craft (master/leading experience desirable) as well as several years of experience in hospital cleaning and well-founded knowledge of hygiene standards (e.g. infection prevention) Leadership & Organization: Experience in Human Resources and Service Planning, Extensive Leadership and Social Competence, Organizational and Economic Thinking Quality Management & IT: Knowledge of guidelines and standards in healthcare and safe handling of MS Office (ideally also CAFM and time tracking systems) Working & Soft Skills: Self-responsible, structured and resilient work with high decision-making, customer orientation, communication strength and conflictability Vaccination: A valid anti-mass vaccination in accordance with statutory requirements is provided
