You carry out troubleshooting on systems, subsystems, subassemblies and individual components and create and edit error reports carefully You plan, create and monitor emergency measures for troubleshooting and coordinate returns of faulty components including technical clarifications in the event of warranties You coordinate and moderate internal action meetings independently You cooperate in the production of release certificates, check evidence files before customer acceptance and carry out final withdrawals together with customers You plan and create internal initial sample checks as well as documentation on construction deviations You support quality officers and self-auditors in quality-relevant topics and, in the case of serious deficiencies, bind the department or Head of Division and, where appropriate, the client You function as an interface between client (ZtQ) and manufacturing

Complete technical or commercial training as an electronic, industrial mechanic, technician, industrial merchant or comparable qualification Successfully completed qualification for quality management skills Multiannual professional experience in quality assurance Funded technical understanding of vehicle engineering systems Assessment of assemblies, subsystems and overall systems Standards and methods of quality management Microsoft Office, CAQ Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
