Is that your mission?

• Creation of offers to telecommunication products including subsequent customer retention
• Creation of corresponding contracts
• Application and processing incl. Customer master data management and associated date monitoring
• Support in dunning and receivable management
• Depreciation of telecommunications products and services and customer solutions for business customers in the telecommunications sector
• Customer communication to maintenance windows, security notes, clarifications in payment transactions etc.
• Licensing fees (TV business field) and commissions for external sales partners
• Participation in process optimization in the field and in sales projects

What you bring:

• Completed commercial training, ideally with professional experience in sales and/or telecommunications

• Secure handling of Microsoft Office applications

• Knowledge in SAP, in a ticket system and/or in ERP systems are advantageous

• Good business knowledge and technical understanding

• Self-employed and conscientious work

• High social competence and team skills

• Enforcement and customer orientation
