Technical and disciplinary management of the Elektrotechnik team Planning, development and optimization of automation solutions for Pozess & production plants Ensuring plant availability and continuous improvements of processes and systems Analysis of faults and development of sustainable solutions to avoid errors Coordination and management of projects in the field of electrical and automation technology – from design to commissioning Budget and resource planning in the area of responsibility Close cooperation with production and external service providers Ensuring standards in terms of safety, quality, and hygine rules

Successfully completed bachelor/master of engineering, state-tested technician or master training Multiannual professional experience in automation technology, ideally in food – or process industry Knowledge of SPS programming (e.g. Siemens S7, TIA Portal) Experiences with industrial control and control systems High responsibility, flexibility and self-initiative Self-employed working, sovereign and open communication, team skills and responsibility
