Planning and control of personnel and control services Determination of personnel requirements and participation in recruitment, selection and procurement of industrial employees Contact person for customers for all operational questions regarding the agreed service delivery Creation, maintenance and control of service instructions and risk assessments and implementation of necessary measures organisation and implementation of training and instruction, in particular in the handling of technical devices, including success control Ensuring compliance with labour law, labour law, occupational health and safety and relevant collective agreements Collection and transfer of the accounting-relevant personal data Takeover of standby services

Training for protection and safety, GSSK or factory protection specialist Multiannual professional experience in the operational management Convincing and secure appearance to customers and employees Enforcement, Conflict and Communication Good handling shapes, high service orientation, ready-to-use and loadability Reliability, discretion and self-organization are of course for you Good knowledge of MS-Office driving licence class B
