Training-Designer (m/f/d)

Coordination of customer requirements with the project team and the customer as well as identification and design of training functionalities, simulation sizes and learning objectives for various technical topics Creation of style guides and user stories based on technical documentation, definition of visual requirements and functional requirements for system architecture Development and documentation of test processes for training functionalities Coordination of subcontractors and externally assigned work packages Participation in customer reviews and moderation of specialist workshops

Finded teaching and media education, experience with agile learning formats (e.g. gamification, adaptive learning) as well as an educational or scientific study with reference to digital education or a comparable training Detectionable professional experience in the training context of the German Navy including marine-specific platform knowledge for sea-based units and knowledge of the processes at the contracting authority technology openness and ability to prepare complex technical issues; good knowledge of English in word and writing Self-responsive and responsible work in its own area of responsibility, situational flexibility, pronounced analytical and conceptual thinking and high social competence readiness to travel (also international)
