Your tasks: You contact and acquire new sales partners and accompany them in the on-boarding process. The focus is on sales groups and online platforms. You will advise your sales partners about their business model or sales strategy as well as their brand presence, the use of CRM systems, processing processes and their digitalization solutions. You work digitally from the home office. Visits to customers, fairs and events are also included. You can track the potentials and requirements of your sales partner in the CRM. You bring your knowledge and your market knowledge into cooperation in projects in the real estate sales sector.

What you bring Ideally, you have completed vocational training or an academic degree in insurance, financial services or banking You have professional experience in the acquisition and support of brokers or financial service providers You are characterized by strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as an innovative way of thinking, coupled with a sovereign appearance and a pronounced communication skill The ability to work independently, solution-oriented and structured round your profile
