Strategic management (conceptual planning, establishment and continuous, sustainable development of central patient management (ZPM), including hospital-wide occupation management, taking into account medical, nursing, organisational and economic requirements) Development of performance indicators for the ZPM Optimization of patient pathways along the treatment process (acceptance, treatment, dismissal) Use of synergy effects and avoidance of redundancy (including documentation and process design) Operational and quality management of the area Coordination of the operational control of bed occupancy taking into account the current occupancy situation, existing resources, recognition of capacity bottlenecks and the medical priorities with the aim of optimal bed utilisation Leadership of the assigned employee in professional and disciplinary responsibility as well as applicant management incl. Choice of candidates Preparation and holding of lectures: for instance at stations, congresses taking into account medical, nursing, organizational and social conditions

Complete university studies in the field of health management, nursing sciences or comparable Multiannual experience in management and organisation of (clinic) departments of a clinic Knowledge of employee management, regional and supra-regional systems and well-founded knowledge of social legislation Knowledge of entitlements and funding opportunities Nursing, medical and communicative skills

At the earliest possible date, the body must first be occupied for 24 months in full or part-time employment with at least 35 hours per week. Remuneration is carried out according to the e-grouping rules of the respective domestic collective agreement and is possible in the event of the personal condition in the group U14.
