Prerequisites for the enrolled office are: completed university studies in food technology, meat technology (desirable), food chemistry or related subjects Practical experience in industrial food processing and chemical analysis Funded knowledge in the handling of food technology, packaging technology and analytical equipment Knowledge of hygiene management, occupational safety and food law (LMIV, LMHV, HACCP) Self-employed, structured working and high technical affinity Joy in working with students, pedagogical skills and communication skills Safe handling of MS Office; ideally experience with laboratory information systems (LIMS) Detection of very good German knowledge, comparable to at least Level C1 of the GER (Common European Council of Reference) proof of an English language qualification of at least level B2 of the GER or the willingness to acquire it within one year Secure appearance, team skills and organizational ability
