Development, implementation and continuous development of safety concepts for existing properties and new buildings technical support of civil engineering projects and measures to ensure safety-relevant requirements across all plants Implementation of audits and verification of compliance with safety standards for internal and external actors Coordination with internal areas and external partners to implement and further develop holistic security strategies Creation of risk analyses and vulnerability assessments in the field of construction-technical safety infrastructure Operationalisation of Risk Management to Physical Site Security Establishment and maintenance of a company-wide, thematic network as well as, where appropriate, Representation of relevant bodies IHR PROFIL: Complete studies in civil engineering, safety engineering, architecture, facility management or comparable technical training with corresponding professional experience ideally additional training in the field of physical safety, safety management or a comparable qualification Knowledge in planning and construction law and in dealing with relevant standards and guidelines Experience in project work in construction and in technical building management structured, solution-oriented and independent working pronounced analytical skills and high safety and responsibility orientation Communication strength and enforcement capability - even in critical situations good knowledge of English
