Your duties Processing and distribution of incoming mail and packages Digitization and electronic storage of documents Organization and processing of internal mail Preparation and processing of the outgoing mail (coverting, franking, shipping) Coordination of external couriers, freight and special services Support for organisational and administrative activities

experience in the postal, courier or service sector, e.g. as a postgraduate, assistant in delivery, merchant for courier, express and postal services or with similar qualifications A commercial training or comparable professional experience Secure handling of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Teamability, reliability and structured operation driving licence class B
