Studies in civil engineering, architecture, security technology or a comparable discipline Professional experience in the planning, construction and operation of TGA buildings and facilities Additional qualification in preventive fire protection or training for at least the high-end firefighting service and recognition as an expert of the firefighter for preventive fire protection or a comparable degree at a national firefighting school desirable Professional experience in preventive and defensive fire protection and well-founded expertise on the relevant building regulations Expressive strength to create meaningful and precise reports and opinions Negotiating German knowledge required in word and writing Self-employed, reliable and flexible operation Routinized handling of MS-Office and mobile apps Class B driving licence and readiness to be active in the field of external services
