Your tasks:

• For a smooth accounting, including debitor and creditor accounting
• You support the creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts
• You're reviewing partner commissions and revising them
• Payment transactions including credit card and travel expenses are carried out by you
• You are responsible for preparing accounting using DATEV
• You carry out the Faktura independently, first and manage invoices and take over receivable management
• You take the contract and care as well as the administrative implementation of contractual changes
• You check incoming invoices for price and technical plausibility
• You make sure the accounting processes are continuously optimized

These tasks will give you pleasure in parttime (from 50%) or full time.

This is ideally brought with you:

• Completed commercial training or a comparable degree
• Multiannual experience in accounting
• Secure handling of MS Office
• Very good knowledge of DATEV and ideally ERP System Sage 100
• Excellent organizational skills and an independent way of working
• Team skills
• Affinity in dealing with numbers
• independent and structured operation
• Flowing German and good English skills
