IT-Contract Manager/-in / Jurist/-in (m/w/d) We are looking for the Office for Digitization, Organisation and IT of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart. The body must be appointed as a parental and parental leave office. The IT Contract Management & Cooperation Department advises the offices, departments and subsidiaries on legal issues in the fields of contract, procurement and IT law. It assists in quality assurance in IT procurement procedures. Here, the visibility and commentation of award documents takes place from the preparation of documents for national and pan-European tenders to the tendering procedure.

You are legal advisers in the preparation, development and further development of (EVB-IT) contracts and agreements at local level as well as contact persons and cross-sectional function on urban issues in the context of IT law Your duties also include the implementation of contractual claims and the implementation of contracts in ongoing processes. The preparation of tendering documents for IT procurement, in particular with regard to legal aspects, is also one of your tasks. In addition, the conceptual and strategic development of tendering standards is one of your tasks in terms of contract and procurement law. You actively contribute to the advancement of demand-oriented planning and enforcement of contractual claims as well as the elimination of power disorders in close cooperation with the digitalisation consultancy and IT procurement.
