Responsibility for the IT processes in the procurement process of our building markets – from sales forecast to goods procurement – together with your team Advising the departments and IT product teams in relation to the responsible processes, finding solutions for designing and optimizing the processes and implementing them by means of customizing or in cooperation with the developers (m/w/d) of your team Ensuring seamless integration of SAP F&R, UDF, SAP MM as well as individual apps on SAP BTP as part of the S/4HANA implementation Your focus is on the order request, order release, the supplier connection via EDI / Idoc, the EK calculation scheme and interfaces to adjacent processes from logistics, inventory management and customer order Ensuring smooth operation of the responsible systems as well as processing of e.g. incoming incidents, Idoc errors or accounting aborts as part of the DevOps model Close cooperation with the departments and stakeholders as a member of an agile team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

That's what you bring: Completed IT vocational training or studies in the field of computer science Know-how found in advance and procurement processes, ideally in the trade environment Insufficient experience in the SAP standard processes as well as in the customizing of the SAP MM module, in particular with regard to BANF, ordering and calculation scheme First practical experience in SAP S/4HANA or accompanying a successful transformation desirable Very good knowledge of IDoc processing, in EDI and in news control in the context of procurement, inventory and logistics processes High quality standards as well as structured test documentation and implementation to ensure the quality of results Safe communication in German (word and writing) for smooth cooperation in the team and with the specialist areas
