For the technical operation of our shopping center in Baunatal we are looking for a dedicated one at the next time (m/d) in full time (40 h/week)

You ensure the smooth operation of all building equipment and carry out regular inspections and functional checks You recognize technical disorders and damages at an early stage, correct minor deficiencies independently and coordinate external specialist companies with greater need You support maintenance, maintenance and modernization measures as well as statutory audits and reliably document all relevant work You monitor and coordinate external service providers, ensure compliance with safety standards and support in the traffic safety of the Center You can help tenants, customers and service providers with technical questions and support events, reconstructions and smaller projects You participate in call and emergency services after consultation

A completed technical or electrotechnical training, e.g. as an electronic, electrician, electrical installer, mechatronic, or in a comparable field Good knowledge of electrical engineering as well as a basic understanding of other technical building equipment Handicraft skills, technical understanding and a solution-oriented working Responsibility, reliability and pleasure in work in the team Safe handling of digital tools and ideally a driving licence Class B
