After a structured and well-founded integration phase, you will take on important tasks in the areas of personnel and administration, such as personnel deployment and holiday planning, as well as support in planning and designing meetings and training. You assume leadership responsibility, design a modern team leadership and promote the further development of your employees – always with a view to sales and earnings. You provide an attractive and sales-promoting product presentation and ensure an optimal appearance of the store. After intensive product training, you will ensure customer advice at a high level when selling our high-quality natural products. You take over revenue and budget responsibility, including key figures analysis and measures for budget deviations. You are responsible for the local complaint management and for the implementation of the slide inventory.

You burn for retail and have completed vocational training or study. Multiannual professional experience in retail, ideally you have already gained experience in the furniture and/or mattress industry or in consulting-intensive retail.
