Part-time personnel officer (temporary) (m/f/d)

You support and advise employees of the Lübz site in personal and labour law matters You are business partners of the executives in all personnel topics You have fun supporting our employees throughout the entire Employee Life Cycle and bring a certain hand-on mentality with you You are responsible for the implementation of the BEM talks in all matters relating to health. You conduct employee talks and are in constant exchange with our works councils

You bring a completed study in the field of human resources management, BWL, social sciences or a comparable commercial training plus additional qualification to human resources specialist, with Multiannual professional experience in a generalist HR role and preferably in the industrial environment are advantageous You want to design your task area, develop it constantly and take responsibility You are self-initiative and have a pronounced communication strength and discretion German and English skills, as well as certain travel activities complete your profile
