The construction management department JVA builds, refurbishes and operates with dedicated construction, object and building managers of the department four judiciary prisons as well as two youth detention centres in Düsseldorf, Wuppertal and Remscheid. We are looking for enthusiastic people for the management of individual buildings or parts of buildings in the overall construction project for the basic renovation of the Wuppertal-Vohwinkel judiciary, which we carry out in several stages of construction.

You have a successfully completed degree (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) of the disciplines Architecture, Construction Management, Construction in Stock, Civil Engineering or Economic Engineering or a comparable degree. Further requirements: They have at least three years of professional experience in the real estate industry, preferably in the field of civil engineering You have secure knowledge of the common Microsoft Office products Cross-departmental action is natural for you and you are happy to communicate with internal and external contact persons You have the willingness and ability to manage a service car as well as for the safety review under the Security Review Act NRW

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee is payable for employees from the E 10 payment group to the E 13 TV‐L (approximately 50,000,00 € – approx. 82.000,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions).
