As a production employee foundry (m/w/d), you take a central role in the post-processing of castings and, with your careful operation, ensure that the highest quality standards are complied with. In a structured 3-layer system, you are actively involved in the entire process and contribute significantly to the final result:

• Radiation and deburring of cast parts to ensure a high-quality surface
• Reworking and careful control of the manufactured parts
• Compliance and quality standards in the production process
• Support of the team in general production activities
• Work in the regulated 3-layer system

We are looking for

You like to work practically, are reliable and have a good eye for details? Then you already have important requirements for this position:

• Ideally completed training in technical or craftsmanship, but not necessarily required
• First experience in production or post-processing of advantage
• Careful, reliable and team-oriented working
• Physical resilience and pleasure in practical activity
• Ready to work in the 3-shift system
