Your duties You make well-founded material usage decisions and introduce your expertise in the Material Review Board in quality-relevant issues With an analytical view, you identify quality deviations, process risks and potential for improvement and derive sustainable measures Existing testing methods and quality standards continue to develop and thus contribute to high process and product stability Customer and supplier complaints are handled independently according to the 8D methodology and ensure a sustainable elimination of causes You initiate and run cross-departmental projects to improve product quality, efficiency and process security As a competent contact person, you moderate problem-solving workshops, accompany audits and actively promote quality culture in the company Your profile Successfully completed technical studies, for example in materials sciences, mechanical engineering, process engineering or a comparable discipline Professional experience in the production or production environment and a good understanding of quality-relevant processes Practical experience in quality management and knowledge of common standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949 or ISO 13485 routine in project management and ideally experience with methods such as FMEA, Six Sigma, Lean Management or statistical analyses Embossed analytical skills, a structured way of working and joy in making improvements visible Very good knowledge of German and English as well as a communicative, team-oriented personality with a high self-initiative Your Benefit As open as SCHOTT is for your further development, our offer of additional benefits is as extensive.
