Occupational Safety Specialist (m/f/d)

As a specialist in occupational safety, you advise managers and employees on all issues of occupational and health protection in accordance with the requirements of the Arbeitssicherheitsgesetz (ASiG) and organize the meetings of the Arbeitsschutzkommission (ASA). You carry out safety missions, document them, and support managers in assessing the results and deriving necessary measures. When assessing new or modified work processes, work resources and organisational processes, you will be able to evaluate your expertise in terms of safety and health. In addition, you participate in the planning and implementation of occupational health precautions and work closely with the occupational medicine. In addition, you play an active role in the strategic development of the existing work protection and documentation structure. You develop practical patterns and templates, including risk assessments, work procedures, work equipment and occupational health precautions. The preparation of training documents on the topics that have been processed and the implementation of the training courses completes your task area.

You have a completed training with additional training as a technician/masterin or a Bachelor degree in the field of security technology. Ideally, you already have the qualification and experience as a specialist in occupational safety in the environment of energy and water supply and/or of transport companies. In the working areas of work equipment, design of work processes, personal protective equipment and handling of hazardous materials you know well. You have very good analytical and conceptual skills, are resilient, work structured as well as independent and have strong team and communication skills.
